Overall direction and planning of the Steelfinne Organisation (including the development of company policy and objectives), Glenn oversees the measurement of performance and success against these objectives and manages the provision of adequate resources to meet contractual and financial responsibilities, ensuring Steelfinne remains the market leader in its field of expertise.

EDDIE VILLA

General Manager

Manages day to day general operations of the Steelfinne Organisation including production control, project planning, contract administration and coordination of installation activities. Eddie oversees Steelfinne’s company development including product design development, researching new fields for company expansion and overseeing the implementation of general company policies and objectives such as the Steelfinne Quality System and Health and Safety Policies to ensure company-wide compliance.

Grant Bower

Australasian Site Manager

Overall coordination of site personnel across all Steelfinne work sites including implementation of the Steelfinne Quality System, WHS/OH&S and environmental plans. Grant ensures all Steelfinne products are installed in accordance with project requirements and in conjunction with on-site contractors to deliver a defect-free completion.
